At GDI USA, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Our goal is to make the return process simple and fair.

30-Day Return Window You may return new, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price (minus original shipping costs).

Items returned after 30 days but within 90 days may be eligible for store credit at our discretion.

Defective or Warranty Items Products found to be defective are covered under our Limited Lifetime Warranty. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for full details. We will cover return shipping for confirmed defective items.

What Is Not Eligible for Return • Used, installed, or mounted products • Products that have been modified or altered • Items damaged due to misuse, abuse, or improper installation • Clearance, sale, or special-order items (unless defective) • Products purchased used or from unauthorized sellers.

How to Return an Item

Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

Wait for a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.

Ship the item back to the address provided (include the RA number on the package).

We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days after inspection. Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective items).

Price Adjustments If an item goes on sale after your purchase, we can offer a one-time price adjustment only if the order has not yet shipped.
