At GDI USA, we strive to process and ship your orders as efficiently as possible.

Order Processing & Shipping Times We typically ship orders within 7–10 business days unless a different timeframe is specified on the product page. In-stock items may ship faster.

Shipping Carriers We ship via USPS and UPS. Shipping method and cost are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Backordered or Partial Orders If part of your order is backordered, we will notify you. We may partial-ship available items so you receive them faster, or hold the order to ship together if the wait is short.

Tracking You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Please note that tracking may not update immediately.

International Shipping We currently ship only within the United States to individual customers. International dealers and distributors should contact us at [email protected].

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages If your package is lost or damaged, first file a claim with the carrier (USPS or UPS). Once the carrier has completed their investigation, contact us at [email protected] and we will assist you.
