GDI USA stands behind the quality of our precision-machined optic mounts and accessories.
Limited Lifetime Warranty GDI USA warrants that our optic mounts and accessories will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original owner.
If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect under normal use, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the unused product in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping costs).
What Is Not Covered This warranty does not cover: • Normal wear and tear • Damage from misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper installation (including incorrect torque) • Modifications or unauthorized repairs (e.g., lapping rings, alterations) • Products purchased used or from unauthorized sellers • Rust, corrosion, or cosmetic damage that does not affect function • Loss or damage during shipping
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
Contact us at [email protected] with your order number, photos of the issue, and description.
We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) if needed.
Ship the product back for inspection (customer pays return shipping unless defect is confirmed).
After inspection, we will repair, replace, or issue a refund as appropriate.
Note: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser with proof of purchase. All decisions regarding warranty claims are at the sole discretion of GDI USA.
